I was referred to Bob Price by my realtor and I would confidently pass that recommendation on to anyone in need of a home inspection.
Bob went above and beyond to make inspecting a home in Windsor, while living out of province, painless.
Bob was very available and easy to deal with.
I was amazed how quick his responses were and how fast he managed to set up an inspection.
Bob is absolutely professional and completely thorough with his inspections.
I had a friend, plus my realtor, go for the inspection in my place and it couldn’t have gone smoother.
Within 1/2 hour of Bob and his son completing the inspection , I was emailed about 50 pictures and an extensive, detailed report. This was in addition to all the answers and comments that Bob provided during the actual inspection. Bob encouraged as many questions as possible.

In my opinion Bob Price is the best in the business; not only did I receive a quality inspection that led to an informed decision. I also received priceless business and demographic information from a person who is familiar with the greater Windsor area. Coming from Toronto, the Windsor Real Estate market seemed a bit unstable. When we decided to put an offer in on our current home, we figured we should put in a condition to have an inspection done. We regretted not having it done on our first home and so we called upon Bob Price Home Inspections Ltd. to give us some peace of mind. When it was over, I felt much more comfortable with proceeding with the purchase as you had pointed out the necessary "fixes".
Can you please answer this question? You and Rick both suggested I remove the insulation from the upstairs crawl spaces and lay the insulation on the floor and inside walls. In this case, would I need a vapour barrier and on which side of the insulation would i apply it?
I notice your LaSalle address. My daughter and son-in-law live in LaSalle also on Maple near Michigan.
